Tess Savedra has a rich background in hospitality, having managed bars and hotels in tourist areas before transitioning into real estate. She began her real estate journey as the Director of First Impressions at Keller Williams and has since taken on roles as an Executive Assistant, Transaction Coordination Assistant, Inside Sales Agent, and Concierge Agent. A San Jose native from the Willow Glen neighborhood, Tess relocated to North Lake Tahoe in 2018, obtained her real estate license in 2023, and now works with Gaudreau Group. 

Outside of work, she enjoys outdoor activities like hiking, paddleboarding, and snowboarding, as well as spending time with family, cooking, crafting, and enjoying movies and books.
