Carol Cruz is a dedicated Bay Area Realtor® whose career has been built on a foundation of leadership, community service, and a passion for helping people achieve homeownership. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Politics from the University of California, Santa Cruz, where she served as chairperson of one of the university’s largest student organizations. After graduation, she worked with Catholic Charities and the Housing Authority of the City of Anaheim, helping individuals and families navigate housing opportunities and access valuable community resources.

Carol later returned to the Bay Area and co-founded Cruz Realty Group, a mortgage and real estate company, where she served as Managing Partner. Her professional background also includes working as a Loan Officer with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and serving on the Board of Directors for the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. These experiences gave her a well-rounded understanding of both the lending and real estate sides of the home buying and selling process.

Today, Carol combines her real estate expertise, lending knowledge, and commitment to service to help clients make informed decisions with confidence. Known for her approachable style and dedication to her clients' success, she takes pride in guiding buyers and sellers through every step of the process.
