With over seven years of experience in real estate combined with his previous expertise as a project manager in construction, Coulter Stansell brings a diverse set of skills to the Real Estate Experts team. Hard work, dedication, and compassion are philosophies that Coulter strives for in all aspects of his life and work. He prides himself on listening and responding to his clients’ needs and is committed to helping them through every step of the real estate process.

 

 Originally from Colorado, Coulter graduated with an associate degree in business administration from the College of the Redwoods in 2014. His first foray into real estate was working for a top-producing agent in the Lake Tahoe/Truckee area. A side job in construction led him back to Colorado, where he became a project manager for a roofing and remodeling company in Fort Collins. This extensive construction experience enables Coulter to advise clients looking to take on projects, from cosmetic fixes to full-scale remodels. He rejoined the real estate industry as the Regional Marketing Coordinator for a prominent brokerage where he connected with Brett Jennings and began to pursue his career in sales. He’s a Certified Transaction Coordinator (CTC), which qualifies him to handle all the paperwork and deadlines involved in a real estate transaction.

 

A frequent visitor to the Bay Area, Coulter made the move to San Jose in 2019. In his spare time, he enjoys exercising, playing the keyboard, and producing music.
