Doug Miyaki’s passion for the industry compels him to provide outstanding service, leadership, and attention to the finest details as he guides his clients through the real estate process. As a former program manager in the tech industry with a Project Management Professional license from San Jose State University, Doug specializes in complex projects. On top of being highly organized, he actively and clearly communicates at every step along the way, strategically negotiates on his clients’ behalf, and summons creative ideas to make sure they get a great deal.

 

Eager to set himself apart from the outset of his career, Doug obtained a formal real estate education from UC Irvine. Before becoming a licensed professional in 2017, he assisted a top-producing Los Altos agent in order to gain the expertise that would ensure his clients’ success. Additionally, Doug’s personal real estate endeavors have given him vital experience with bank-owned properties and VA loans. He tackles many of the renovations and repairs himself, and he’s in the process of creating a companion unit at his Downtown Mountain View property, adding yet another competency to his impressive real estate skill set.

 

Though Doug is originally from Illinois, where he received his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, he’s called Silicon Valley home since 1999. After nine visits to the Bay Area within nine months, he knew he had a new place to call home, and he’s eager to help his clients find their homes here too. When he’s not working the market, he’s usually exercising or playing tennis. Also a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, Doug is a natural leader who values community and takes active roles in his, including volunteering for PONY Baseball and the Boy Scouts of America.
