Having worked in real estate for more than 15 years, Cristina Montiel brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Real Estate Experts team.

 

Cristina fell in love with real estate from the start, beginning her career in property management. Working as a transaction coordinator, she learned to manage all the details in a real estate transaction from listing to close. Through her journey to becoming a highly qualified Realtor®, customer service expertise, integrity, and a commitment to perfection have enabled her to efficiently manage and close millions of dollars in business while making her clients’ goals her own. She works toward her clients’ goals through her fluent Spanish, Portuguese, and English.

 

When Cristina’s not at work, she stays active in her church community — whether it’s through choir or online services. In her spare time, she may be salsa or samba dancing in local performances. She also loves the outdoors. Spring and summer are abundant with hikes and beach days, but it’s her visits to Napa, one of her happy places, that help her find peace in the stillness of nature and a crisp glass of wine. Cristina is also a certified floral designer; she has been part of many flower shows, and many of her clients had the pleasure of enjoying her designs.
